We are thrilled to announce that Sibros cleaned up on the awards circuit this week with three major wins, including a prestigious finalist spot among Red Herring’s Top 100 North America awards. These awards from Red Herring, the Society of Automotive Analysts (SAA) and the AutoTech Breakthrough Awards clearly show Sibros’ rising profile in the technology and automotive industry with its Deep Connectivity Platform.

All three awards recognized the groundbreaking potential of the Sibros Deep Connectivity Platform, a cloud-based software solution that can be deployed in the next generation of automobiles with over-the-air (OTA) software updates, data logging, network communication protocols, cybersecurity, fleet management, and more.

“Many of today’s current automotive models run, in part, on more than 250 million lines of software, and recalls to address problems with all that software cost OEMs billions each year,” said Sibros CTO Mayank Sikaria. “The Sibros platform is solving this critical automotive industry problems for OEMs and vehicle owners alike, and these recent awards prove how successful and innovative it is.”

Data Management Platform by AutoTech Breakthrough

The mission of the AutoTech Breakthrough Awards is to honor excellence and recognize the innovation, hard work and success in a range of transportation technology categories, including Connected Car, Electric Vehicles, Engine Tech, Automotive CyberSecurity, Sensor Technology, Traffic Tech, Vehicle Telematics and more. This year’s inaugural program attracted more than 1,250 nominations from over 12 different countries throughout the world.

“Sibros is using advanced IoT technology innovation to simplify the overwhelming complexity of vehicle data collection and analysis,” said Bryan Vaughn, Managing Director, AutoTech Breakthrough Awards. “We are proud to award Sibros Data Management Platform of the Year for the Company’s introduction of next generation connected vehicle services and deep data collection, and we look forward to Sibros’ continued innovation with their advanced connectivity platform.”

The Society of Automotive Analysts (SAA) 2020 Mobility Innovation Awards

The SAA’s mission is to provide members timely access to automotive insights from a wide range of perspectives. The SAA aims to provide automotive professionals exclusive access to industry leaders, early insights and outstanding networking opportunities. SAA members include every automotive industry professional interested in timely and useful auto industry data, discussion and dissemination of ideas, concepts and solutions

“The Mobility Innovation Awards provide us with the opportunity to recognize exceptional innovations that are developed anywhere in the world, and to encourage new ideas and perspectives,” said Abey Abraham, Managing Director, Ducker. “As an industry, we have been forced to think out of the box, be collaborative and put aside the notion of ‘that is always how we have done it.’ Mobility is evolving quickly and this year’s entries showed that we are ready to evolve with it.”

Red Herring Top 100 North America Award

For over two decades Red Herring’s team has seen through the tech sector’s hype to select brands that have become industry benchmarks. Previous Top 100 finalists have included Alibaba, Facebook, Google, Skype, SuperCell, Spotify, Twitter, and YouTube. The Top 100 North America has become not only a springboard for some of tech’s biggest names, but a valued and trusted tool for venture capitalists, experts and analysts predicting trends at the industry’s sharpest edge.

“Selecting finalists for this year’s Top 100 has proved more difficult than ever,” said Alex Vieux, publisher and chairman of Red Herring. “North America has been tech’s beating heart for years–but never have I seen such an exciting, disruptive and innovative generation as we have in 2020. Sibros fully deserves its place among our finalists, and I have every confidence it will make a significant impact in the tech world,” added Vieux.
